Real projects, in plain language.

Problem, approach, outcome. No marketing filler, no vanity metrics. Client details are anonymised while we ask for permission to name them.

AI · SaaS

Cut a 45-minute reporting task down to 90 seconds.

Problem
A B2B SaaS team was spending most of Monday morning stitching together customer usage reports by hand. Executives got the numbers late and half-trusted them.
Approach
We shipped a small AI agent that reads the raw data, writes a plain-English summary, and hands the operator a one-click editable draft — with the source rows still visible.
Outcome
Reports now land before the first coffee. The team reclaimed roughly 12 hours a week and stopped arguing about which spreadsheet was 'the real one'.
Product · Fintech

Killed 60% of a roadmap and doubled activation.

Problem
A fintech founder had a 40-item roadmap and a nervous board. Nothing was shipping, and new users churned before finishing setup.
Approach
We ran a two-week product audit, cut the roadmap to the six things that actually moved activation, and rewrote the onboarding around a single 'first win'.
Outcome
Activation roughly doubled inside a quarter. The team stopped shipping features nobody used and started shipping the ones customers noticed.
Development · Healthcare

Replaced a spreadsheet-and-email workflow with a real tool.

Problem
A healthcare services company was running critical patient intake across shared spreadsheets, email chains, and a very tired ops manager.
Approach
We built a lightweight internal web app — intake forms, role-based access, an audit trail — on a boring, reliable stack their next hire could maintain.
Outcome
Intake time dropped from days to hours. Errors that used to cause weekly headaches effectively disappeared, and the ops manager stopped answering emails at midnight.

Questions about our work

Real questions we get from founders. Straight answers, no hand-waving.

Sometimes. A few are happy to take a reference call once we've had a first conversation and know it's a real fit. Others prefer to stay anonymous — we respect that either way.
